HooHoo, today is a beri tiring day. not only having food ingred lecture, but oso his practical. his lecture still okie la, but his practical jiu abit ZZZ. cux have alot of things nid to redo and redo again and again. haiz. well, we get to make our own carbonated drinks today. my grp did the apple flavoured de, then others did things like red grapes? orange apple? LOL!! and in the end, they pour everything together and play" zong ji mi ma" and the loser will have to drink own the whole "thumbler" of "nice nice" de carbonated drinks.

today oso have TT de tut..and he came late due to him still eating his cheesecake in the food lab. and dump us there waiting for him outside the tut room. ._. then after the tut he ask we all abu the immunology poster and we told him that we did peach allergen la, rice and etc etc. then he go " WHAT? ALL THOSE CHIM CHIM DE ALLERGEN?" hello, AK is the one who ask we all to do those rare and uncommon allergy (like ur eye) and not those common ones okie? LOL!! anyway, we almost finish up already, so we are not going to change because of him. xP ohya, and another good news is that we finally pursuaded him to raise the budget to $90 !! Thanks us people !! we help u guys to have more money to spend xD

and the other project is food chem de post harvest chemistry. my grp mates went to research my part ytd but still cannot find anything. so we were planning to change to another new topic if there is really nothing we can find out. in any case, im jus fine with anything =) LOL!! haola, play time and cyas !!
